Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a secure database operated by our hosting provider. A copy of each request may be sent by email to our team so it can be answered promptly.
Who sees it
Your details are shared only with the people needed to deliver your service, such as the chauffeur or operator assigned to your booking. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you have sent, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from us or through the contact page.
